If you do not hold a recognised practitioner certification you may be assessed so you may list, but a fee may be charged for the assessment.  There is more information in the FAQ Section of the site

You can also list your location on the World EFT Practitioner Map (free of charge).  For details look under the menu item "Practitioner Locator" in the lower left menu opposite
