This book will probably come to replace "Energy Medicine" (also by Donna Eden) as it covers a lot of the same areas and is more up to date. It has a very good section covering research, which contains a host of useful references. It contains material of EFT which was written by the originator of that therapy, Gary Craig. That section is very basic but provides a good general insight to subject and is a good starting point. The book is spoilt buy a munber of editing errors (for instance page 275 still shows the blank space holders ready for references to other pages - which are still awaited) There is eally no excuse for such poor editing.
